A New Orleans staple since the late 1800s, the Gin Fizz was once so popular that bars hired teams of bartenders just to keep up with the shaking. Served cold and bubbly without ice, it is sherbet-light and dangerously easy to drink. The perfect brunch or hot-afternoon refresher.

Afwerken met Lemon slice.
Ingredienten
- Gin 45 ml
- Lemon Juice 30 ml
- Simple Syrup 10 ml
- Soda Water 80 ml
Bereiding

Shake the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice.

Strain into a chilled highball glass without ice.
