Hanky Panky
Created in the early 1900s by Ada 'Coley' Coleman, the legendary head bartender of the Savoy's American Bar in London, for actor Charles Hawtrey, who declared it 'the real hanky-panky'. It is a sweet Martini given a dark, minty-bitter twist of Fernet. Sophisticated, slightly mysterious and perfect before dinner.
