Tuxedo
A dressed-up cousin of the Martini, named after the exclusive Tuxedo Club in 1880s New York that also gave the dinner jacket its name. Maraschino and absinthe add intrigue to the classic gin-and-vermouth handshake. For evenings when a plain Martini feels underdressed.
