Zombie
Donn Beach mixed the first Zombie at his Hollywood bar in 1934 and famously limited guests to two, claiming any more would turn you into one. The most fearsome drink in the tiki canon: lush, spicy and not to be trifled with.
Recept
Blend and serve
Afwerken met Fresh mint sprig.
Ingredients
- Dark Rum 40 ml
- Gold Rum 40 ml
- Overproof Demerara Rum 20 ml
- Lime Juice 20 ml
- Falernum 15 ml
- Donn's Mix 15 ml
- Grenadine 5 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
- Absinthe 2 dash
Method

Flash blend all ingredients with crushed ice for a few seconds, or shake hard.

Pour into a tiki mug or tall glass and top up with crushed ice.

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
