Espresso Tonic
Born around 2010 at Koppi coffee roasters in Helsingborg, Sweden, when baristas started experimenting after closing time. The cascading layers of dark coffee over bright tonic made it an instant social-media star. Bitter meets bitter, and somehow it just works.

Laag voor laag opbouwen
Afwerken met Orange zest.
Ingredienten
- Espresso 60 ml
- Tonic Water 150 ml
- Ice Cubes
Bereiding

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the tonic water.

Slowly pour the espresso over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top.

Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
