Blue Hawaii
Harry Yee invented this electric-blue stunner in 1957 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, when a curaçao rep asked him to create something with the liqueur. Elvis borrowed the name for his 1961 film. Not to be confused with its creamier sibling, the Blue Hawaiian.

Ingredienten
- Vodka 22 ml
- Light Rum 22 ml
- Blue Curaçao 15 ml
- Pineapple Juice 90 ml
- Sweet and Sour Mix 30 ml
Bereiding

Shake all ingredients hard with ice cubes.

Pour into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and an edible orchid.
