A 1970s frozen treasure rescued from obscurity by Jeff Berry's 'Intoxica!', named for the steady winds that carried sailing ships across the tropics. Apricot is the secret handshake, lifting the coconut out of Piña Colada territory. A blender drink with genuine personality.

Ingredients
- Gold Rum 60 ml
- Apricot Brandy 15 ml
- Lemon Juice 22 ml
- Cream of Coconut 60 ml
Method

Blend all ingredients with two cups of crushed ice until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass or hurricane glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.
