Industry Sour
Ted Kilgore created this equal-parts oddball in St. Louis in 2011, combining two famously divisive liqueurs into something surprisingly delicious. It is named for the bar industry folk who drink fernet like water. Bitter, herbal and weirdly moreish.
Recept
Shake and serve
Afwerken met Lime wheel.
Ingredients
- Fernet-Branca 22.5 ml
- Green Chartreuse 22.5 ml
- Lime Juice 22.5 ml
- Simple Syrup 22.5 ml
Method
- 1
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
- 3
Garnish with a lime wheel.
