The Kalimotxo was famously christened at a Basque festival in 1972 when a batch of slightly off wine was rescued with cola. It became the unofficial drink of Spanish street parties. Sounds wrong, tastes surprisingly right.

Red Wine 100 ml
Coca-Cola 100 ml

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Pour in equal parts red wine and cola.

Stir once and add a lemon wedge if you like.
