Gin Rickey
The Rickey was born in 1880s Washington D.C., named after lobbyist Colonel Joe Rickey, and switched from whiskey to gin almost immediately. With no sugar at all, it is the driest highball in the canon. The official native cocktail of the American capital.

Stir and serve
Afwerken met Lime half, squeezed and dropped in.
Ingredients
- Gin 50 ml
- Lime Juice 20 ml
- Soda Water 100 ml
Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add the gin and lime juice.

Top with soda water and stir gently.
- 4
Squeeze a lime half over the drink and drop it in.
