Lemon Drop Shot
The Lemon Drop started life as a full cocktail in 1970s San Francisco before shrinking into everyone's favourite celebration shot. It tastes like sherbet candy with a vodka spine. Pucker up, knock it back, order another round.

Ingredients
- Citron Vodka 30 ml
- Lemon Juice 15 ml
- Simple Syrup 10 ml
Method

Rim a shot glass with sugar.

Shake all ingredients hard with ice.

Strain into the prepared glass.

Serve with a sugared lemon wedge.
