Coquito
Coquito is Puerto Rico's beloved holiday classic, batch-made by families and judged at every Christmas gathering. The name means "little coconut" and it drinks like tropical eggnog without the egg. Every abuela's recipe is, of course, the best one.

Blend and serve
Afwerken met Cinnamon stick and ground cinnamon.
- Light Rum 60 ml
- Coconut Milk 90 ml
- Cream of Coconut 60 ml
- Sweetened Condensed Milk 60 ml
- Vanilla extract 5 ml
- Ground Cinnamon (optioneel) 1
- 1
Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.

Chill in the fridge for at least two hours.

Shake or stir, then pour into a small tumbler.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dusting of cinnamon.
