Grog
Grog began in 1740 when British Admiral Vernon ordered the navy's rum ration watered down, and sailors named the mix after his grogram coat. With lime and honey it became the blueprint for half of tiki history. Simple, honest and built to warm sailors to the bone.
Recept
Stir and serve
Afwerken met Lime wedge and a cinnamon stick.
Ingredients
- Dark Rum 60 ml
- Lime Juice 15 ml
- Honey or Demerara Syrup 15 ml
- Hot Water 120 ml
Method

Add rum, lime juice and honey to a warmed mug.

Top with hot water and stir until dissolved.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a cinnamon stick.
