Recept
Muddle and build
Afwerken met Mint sprig and a lime wheel.
Ingredients
- Lime Juice 40 ml
- Simple Syrup 20 ml
- Mint Sprig 8 leaf
- Water 120 ml
Method

Gently muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a glass.

Add the lime juice and fill the glass with crushed ice.

Top with cold water and churn with a bar spoon.
- 4
Garnish with mint and lime.
