Avalon
The Avalon is a vibrant, fruit-forward long drink that layers the tropical sweetness of Pisang Ambon banana liqueur with crisp apple juice and a bright lift of lemon. Topped with lemonade, it strikes a lively balance between sweet and tart, making it an effortlessly refreshing warm-weather sipper. Created by Timo Haimi for the 1991 Finlandia Vodka Long Drink Competition — and awarded first prize — it remains a classic of its kind.
Build in layers

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Layer the Finlandia Vodka, lemon and apple juices, Pisang Ambon, and top up with lemonade.
