Long vodka
The Long Vodka is a crisp, refreshing highball that lets the clean neutrality of vodka shine alongside the bright tartness of fresh lime and the dry bitterness of tonic water. A coating of Angostura bitters on the inside of the glass adds a subtle aromatic depth and warm spice that weaves through every sip. The result is a beautifully balanced, easy-drinking long drink — simple in composition but satisfying in character.

Ingredients
- Vodka 50 ml
- Lime Juice 0.5 piece
- Angostura bitters 4 dash
- Tonic Water 10 ml
- Ice 4 piece
Method

Shake a tall glass with ice cubes and Angostura, coating the inside of the glass.

Por the vodka onto this, add 1 slice of lime and squeeze juice out of remainder, mix with tonic, stir and voila you have a Long Vodka
