Gin Swizzle
Le Gin Swizzle est un classique des Caraïbes, un cooler inspiré qui associe le punch acidulé du jus de citron frais aux bitters aromatiques et au gin, le tout mélangé dans un verre givré pour un refroidissement maximal. L'ajout de club soda en fin de préparation lui donne une légère pétillance, le rendant incroyablement rafraîchissant. Le verre givré et le rituel du swizzle ajoutent une touche de théâtre à l'ancienne.

Ingredients
- Lime Juice 45 ml
- Simple Syrup 5 ml
- Gin 60 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
- Soda Water 90 ml
Preparation

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the lime juice, sugar, gin, and bitters.

Shake well.

Almost fill a colling glass with ice cubes.

Stir until the glass is frosted.

Strain the mixture in the shaker into the glass and add the club soda.
