The Winter Paloma is a boldly spiced, Himalayan-inspired reinvention of Mexico's beloved grapefruit classic. Timur pepper-infused tequila reposado brings an exotic citrusy tingle and a faint numbing buzz, while fresh grapefruit and lime juice keep the drink bracingly tart. Agave syrup rounds out the edges into a beautifully complex, warming and refreshing fusion.
