Gin Swizzle
De Gin Swizzle is een klassieke, door het Caribisch gebied geïnspireerde dorstlesser waarbij verse limoensap en aromatische bitters worden gecombineerd met gin, gezwizzeld in een berijpt glas voor maximale koelte. Een scheut bruiswater geeft het drankje een subtiele tinteling. Het berijpte glas en het zwizzelen geven het een charmant, ouderwets karakter.

- Limoensap 45 ml
- Suikerstroop 5 ml
- Gin 60 ml
- Bitters 1 dash
- Sodawater 90 ml

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the lime juice, sugar, gin, and bitters.

Shake well.

Almost fill a colling glass with ice cubes.

Stir until the glass is frosted.

Strain the mixture in the shaker into the glass and add the club soda.
