A Caribbean institution dating back to the rum plantations of the nineteenth century, with as many recipes as there are islands. This is rum at its most generous: long, fruity and made for sharing in the shade. The original holiday in a glass.

Shaken en serveren
Afwerken met Cocktail cherry and a pineapple wedge.
Ingredienten
- Dark Rum 45 ml
- Orange Juice 35 ml
- Pineapple Juice 35 ml
- Lemon Juice 20 ml
- Grenadine 10 ml
- Simple Syrup 10 ml
- Bitters 3 dash
Bereiding

Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well until thoroughly chilled.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a pineapple wedge.
