Chartreuse Swizzle
Marcovaldo Dionysos invented this herbal tiki crossover in San Francisco in 2003 for a Chartreuse cocktail competition, and it later became a staple at his bar Smuggler's Cove. Using a 110-proof French monastery liqueur as the base spirit was a bold move that paid off. Tropical, spicy and utterly unique.
