Jasmine
Paul Harrington created the Jasmine in the 1990s at Townhouse in Emeryville, California, for a friend named Matt Jasmin. The small dose of Campari makes the whole drink taste uncannily like fresh grapefruit. An early modern classic that helped kick off the craft renaissance.
