Sangria Blanca is the lighter, crisper sister of the classic red, built on white wine and pale summer fruit. Elderflower adds a floral lift that makes it feel a touch more elegant. Ideal for garden lunches when red sangria feels too heavy.

Opbouwen in het glas
Afwerken met Peach slices and green grapes in the glass.
Ingredienten
- Dry White Wine 750 ml
- Elderflower Liqueur 60 ml
- Simple Syrup 30 ml
- Peach and Green Apple piece
- Green Grapes
- Soda Water 200 ml
Bereiding

Combine the wine, liqueur, syrup and fruit in a pitcher.

Refrigerate for at least two hours.

Top with sparkling water just before serving.

Pour over ice with plenty of fruit in each glass.
