Between the Sheets
A risqué riff on the Sidecar credited to Harry MacElhone of Harry's New York Bar in 1930s Paris. White rum steps in alongside the cognac, making it brighter and boozier than its name suggests, with citrus keeping the double spirit base in line. A late-night cocktail for confident company.
