Bloody Mary
Equal parts cocktail and cure, the Bloody Mary was popularised by Fernand Petiot at Harry's New York Bar in Paris in the 1920s. Savoury, spicy and endlessly customisable, it remains the undisputed monarch of the brunch table. Few drinks divide and delight in equal measure quite like this one.
