Espresso Martini
Legend has it Dick Bradsell invented this in 1983 Soho when a young model asked for something to wake her up and knock her sideways at the same time. Four decades later it is still the after-dinner drink of choice, complete with its signature foam crown.
Recept
Shake and serve
Afwerken met Three coffee beans.
Ingredients
- Vodka 50 ml
- Coffee liqueur 30 ml
- Simple Syrup 10 ml
- Espresso 1 ml
Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until well chilled and frothy.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 4
Garnish with three coffee beans.
