Tommy's Margarita
Julio Bermejo stripped the Margarita down to its essence in the early 1990s at his family's restaurant Tommy's in San Francisco: no orange liqueur, no salt rim, just great agave. The swap to agave syrup lets the tequila do all the talking. Purists call it the best Margarita there is.

Afwerken met Lime slice.
Ingredienten
- Tequila 45 ml
- Lime Juice 15 ml
- Agave Syrup 15 ml
Bereiding

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well until chilled.

Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
