Ingredients
- Fresh Mint Leaves 8 leaf
- Lime Juice 25 ml
- Simple Syrup 20 ml
- Soda Water 100 ml
- Crushed Ice
Method

Gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and sugar syrup in a highball glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Top with soda water and stir gently from the bottom up.

Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
