Sherry Cobbler
The Sherry Cobbler was the most famous drink in America in the mid-1800s, credited with popularising both crushed ice and the drinking straw. Charles Dickens wrote about it with delight after his American tour. Light, fruity and endlessly refreshing on a warm afternoon.
