Created by Michael McIlroy at New York's Milk & Honey in 2005, the Greenpoint honours the Brooklyn neighbourhood and continues the tradition of borough-named Manhattan riffs. It became a modern classic almost overnight. Herbal, honeyed and beautifully composed.

Ingredienten
- Rye Whiskey 60 ml
- Sweet Vermouth 15 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse 15 ml
- Bitters 1 dash
- Orange Bitters 1 dash
Bereiding

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
