Pendennis
Created around 1900 at the Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky — the same private club that claims the Old Fashioned. Stone fruit softens the gin while Creole bitters add a rosy whisper of New Orleans. Juicy, gently tart and far too easy to order twice.

Shake and serve

Ingredients
- Gin 60 ml
- Apricot Brandy 22.5 ml
- Lime Juice 22.5 ml
- Simple Syrup 7.5 ml
- Peychaud's Bitters 2 dash
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well until thoroughly chilled.

Double strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
