Stone Fence
Legend says Ethan Allen's Green Mountain Boys fortified themselves with Stone Fences before capturing Fort Ticonderoga in 1775, making this one of America's oldest mixed drinks. It started life with rum and colonial hard cider. Rustic, crisp and history you can drink.

Ingredients
- Dark Rum 60 ml
- Dry Apple Cider 150 ml
- Angostura bitters 2 dash
Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add the spirit and bitters.

Top with chilled cider and stir gently.

Garnish with an apple slice or lemon twist.
