Scorpion
Trader Vic adapted this from a Hawaiian okolehao punch in the 1940s and turned it into the king of communal tiki bowls, traditionally shared through long straws. This is the single-serving version. Bright citrus and almond hide a sneaky double dose of spirits.

Blend and serve
Afwerken met Edible orchid and a mint sprig.
Ingredients
- Light Rum 45 ml
- Brandy 30 ml
- Orange Juice 45 ml
- Lemon Juice 45 ml
- Orgeat 15 ml
Method
- 1
Blend all ingredients with crushed ice for a few seconds.

Pour into a scorpion bowl or large goblet and add more crushed ice.

Garnish with an edible orchid and a mint sprig.
