Cobra's Fang
One of Don the Beachcomber's earliest venom-themed creations, slithering onto his menu around 1937. The fruity fassionola softens a serious double-rum bite. As with the snake, the danger is real but elegant.

Recept
Build in the glass
Afwerken met Lime wheel and a mint sprig.
Ingredients
- Dark Jamaican Rum 30 ml
- Overproof Demerara Rum 30 ml
- Lime Juice 15 ml
- Orange Juice 15 ml
- Falernum 7.5 ml
- Fassionola (or Grenadine) 7.5 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
- Absinthe 2 drop
Method
- 1
Fill a tiki mug or tall glass with crushed ice and add all ingredients.

Swizzle with a barspoon or swizzle stick until the outside frosts.

Top up with crushed ice and garnish with a lime wheel and mint.
