Enzoni
Vincenzo Errico created the Enzoni at Milk & Honey in New York in 2003, splicing a Negroni with a sour and naming it after himself. Muddled grapes give it a juicy, vinous core that softens the Campari. A brilliant bridge between bitter and fruity for drinkers on either side.

- Gin 45 ml
- Campari 22.5 ml
- Lemon Juice 22.5 ml
- Simple Syrup 15 ml
- Green Grapes 5 piece
Bereiding

Muddle the grapes in a shaker.

Add the remaining ingredients and ice, then shake well.

Fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Garnish with grapes on a pick.
