Siesta
Katie Stipe created the Siesta at Flatiron Lounge in New York in 2006, crossing a Hemingway Daiquiri with tequila and Campari. The bitter orange edge keeps the citrus from getting too sunny. A modern staple that bartenders reach for when someone wants a Margarita with more attitude.

Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila 60 ml
- Campari 15 ml
- Lime Juice 15 ml
- Grapefruit Juice 15 ml
- Simple Syrup 15 ml
Method

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
