Division Bell
Phil Ward built the Division Bell at his agave temple Mayahuel in New York in 2009, riffing on the Last Word with mezcal and Aperol. It is smoky, bitter and tart all at once, named after the Pink Floyd album. A cult favourite among bartenders worldwide.
Recept
Shake and serve
Afwerken met Grapefruit twist.
Ingredients
- Mezcal 30 ml
- Aperol 22.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur 15 ml
- Lime Juice 22.5 ml
Method

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Express the grapefruit twist over the drink and discard.
