Whiskey Highball
Two ingredients, zero hiding places: the Whiskey Highball is all about precision and ice-cold dilution. Japanese bartenders elevated it into a ritual, and it pairs with food better than almost any cocktail. Simple to make, hard to perfect.

Ingredients
- Whisky 50 ml
- Soda Water 120 ml
Method

Fill a highball glass with clear ice and stir to chill, then drain melt water.

Pour in the whisky and stir briefly.
- 3
Slowly top with ice-cold soda water down the side of the glass.
- 4
Stir once from the bottom and garnish with a lemon twist if you like.
