Mulled Cider Punch
Mulled Cider Punch is what you want steaming in your hands when the weather turns against you. Orchard fruit and warm spices make the whole house smell like a holiday. The wassailing tradition behind it goes back centuries in English cider country.

Ingredients
- Dry Apple Cider 1000 ml
- Dark Rum 100 ml
- Honey 60 ml
- Cinnamon stick 2 piece
- Cloves 6 piece
- Allspice Berries 4 piece
- Orange peel 2 piece
Method

Warm the cider with the honey, spices and orange peel in a pan; do not boil.

Let it steep gently for twenty minutes.

Stir in the rum off the heat.

Ladle into heatproof mugs and garnish.
