
Champagne Punch
Champagne Punch has been making parties sparkle since the nineteenth century, when no respectable ball was complete without a bowl of it. The trick is adding the bubbles at the very last moment. Festive, elegant and far easier than mixing individual cocktails for a crowd.

Afwerken met Lemon wheels and fresh berries floating in the bowl.
- Champagne 750 ml
- Cognac 100 ml
- Orange Liqueur 60 ml
- Lemon Juice 100 ml
- Simple Syrup 80 ml
- Soda Water 200 ml

Stir the cognac, liqueur, lemon juice and syrup in a punch bowl.

Add a large block of ice.

Pour in the champagne and soda water just before guests arrive.

Float lemon wheels and berries, then ladle into coupes.
