Bombay Government Punch

Bombay Government Punch follows a recipe recorded in the 1690s, when East India Company traders drank punch by the gallon in colonial Bombay. It follows the original five-element formula: sour, sweet, strong, weak and spice. A piece of drinking history that still tastes remarkably modern.
