Gin Cooler
Le Gin Cooler est la boisson longue par excellence, rafraîchissante et parfaite pour les beaux jours, construite sur une base de gin rehaussée de sucre en poudre et complétée généreusement d'eau pétillante. Un zeste de citron et un zeste d'orange en spirale dramatique lui donnent une touche d'agrumes aromatique qui persiste à chaque gorgée. Léger, effervescent et infiniment agréable à boire.

- Gin 60 ml
- Soda Water (optioneel) splash
- Powdered Sugar
- Orange peel (optioneel) 1 piece
- Lemon Peel (optioneel) 1 piece
Preparation

Stir powdered sugar and 2 oz.

carbonated water in a collins glass.

Fill glass with ice and add gin.
- 4
Fill with carbonated water and stir.
- 5
Add the lemon peel and the orange spiral so that the end of the orange spiral dangles over rim of glass.
