Vernoemd naar de flamboyante Australische kaketoe, is The Galah een uitbundige tropische cocktail die de volle karakter van donkere rum en bittere Campari combineert met de zoete rijpheid van bananenlikeur en ananassap. Een scheutje limoensap zorgt voor de nodige frisheid en houdt de zoetheid in toom. Kleurrijk, fruitig en heerlijk ongedwongen.
