Tinto de Verano, literally 'summer red wine', is what Spaniards actually drink while tourists order sangria. Born in Córdoba in the early 1900s, it is cheaper, lighter and quicker to make. Ice-cold simplicity for scorching afternoons.

- Lemon Soda 100 ml
Zubereitung

Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice.

Pour in equal parts red wine and lemon soda.
