Paper Plane
Sam Ross created this equal-parts wonder in 2008 and named it after the M.I.A. song that was stuck in his head. It quickly conquered bar menus worldwide thanks to its perfect tension between bitter, sweet and sour. A modern classic that proves great drinks can be effortlessly simple.

- Bourbon 30 ml
- Amaro Nonino 30 ml
- Aperol 30 ml
- Lemon Juice 30 ml

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
