Bluebird
De Bluebird is een opvallende, juweelaardse cocktail die de botanische diepte van gin combineert met de citrusachtige zoetheid van triple sec en de levendige kleur van blauwe curaçao, aangevuld met een scheutje bitters. Gegarneerd met een citroentwist en een marasquinkkers is hij even mooi om naar te kijken als om te drinken. Aromatisch, licht zoet en elegant in balans.

Ingredienten

- Sinaasappellikeur 15 ml
- Blue Curaçao 15 ml
- Angostura bitters 2 dash
- Marasquinkkers (optioneel) 1 piece
- Citroenschil (optioneel) 1 piece
Bereiding

In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine the gin, triple sec, Curacao, and bitters.
