Sherry Flip
Victorian doctors genuinely prescribed the Sherry Flip as a restorative for the frail, and it remained a respectable 'ladies' drink' well into the twentieth century. Today it shines as a gentle, low-proof dessert cocktail. Nutty, creamy and wonderfully old-world.

Shake and serve
Afwerken met Freshly grated nutmeg.
Ingredients
- Oloroso or cream sherry 90 ml
- Whole Egg 1 piece
- Simple Syrup 10 ml
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice.

Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.

Double strain into a chilled small wine glass or coupe.

Grate fresh nutmeg on top.
