Legend says Mirko Stocchetto grabbed a bottle of spumante instead of gin while making a Negroni at Bar Basso in Milan in 1972, and the 'mistaken' Negroni was born. The craft revival and a viral 2022 moment turned it into a worldwide phenomenon. Bittersweet, bubbly and lighter than its famous parent.

Afwerken met Orange slice.
Ingredients

- Sweet Vermouth 30 ml
- Prosecco 30 ml
Method

Fill a rocks glass with ice.

Add the Campari and sweet vermouth, then top with prosecco.
